All of You is a self-coaching tool for personal reflection and parts work, with an AI facilitator. It is not therapy, not counselling, not medical or psychological treatment, and not a crisis service. The AI can be wrong, and nothing it says is professional advice or a diagnosis. If you are in significant distress or working through trauma, please work with a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact Samaritans (116 123), Shout (text SHOUT to 85258), NHS 111 (option 2) in the UK, or your local emergency services.

All of You is for adults only. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or over. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete its data.

Keep your password safe — the reflections behind it are yours alone. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.

You agree not to use All of You to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone else’s rights;
• attempt to access other people’s accounts or data, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it;
• misuse the AI facilitator — for example to generate harmful, unlawful, or abusive content;
• resell or commercially exploit the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where fair, we will warn you first.

Everything you write stays yours. You give us only the limited licence we need to store and process it to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. We never use your reflections for advertising, and they are not used to train AI models.

All of You is provided as it stands. We work to keep it available and safe, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features. If we ever close the service, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to take your data with you.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim (the core service is currently free). We are not liable for decisions you take based on what the AI facilitator says — it is a reflective tool, not an adviser.

You can stop using All of You at any time, and delete your account and everything in it from settings.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — though if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also rely on your local courts and consumer protections.

If we change these terms in any way that matters, we will say so plainly in the app before the change takes effect.
