Guided Exercises
Exercises are structured practices designed to help you slow down, settle into your body, and connect with your inner world before or between sessions.
Browsing and Starting an Exercise
Go to the Exercises section to browse what is available. The built-in exercises are a body scan for parts, a self-compassion practice, a parts check-in, meeting your protector, an inner conflict exploration, and a polarity discovery. Each exercise shows a brief description and an estimated duration so you can pick something that fits the time you have.

During an Exercise
Exercises unfold one stone at a time:
- Step-by-step prompts appear one at a time, so you are never overwhelmed with information. Move at your own pace.
- Step counter — a small indicator shows your current position in the sequence so you can see how far along you are.
- Response field — some steps invite you to write a brief response. These are saved at the end so you can revisit your reflections.
Body Scans
Body scan exercises guide you through different areas of the body, inviting you to notice where you feel tension, aliveness, numbness, or sensation. As you scan, the exercise may prompt you to notice which parts seem to be present in different areas — a powerful way to locate parts in the body rather than just in thought.
