Shared Sittings
Shared Sittings
The sharing feature lets you create a private link for one session and send it to someone you trust — a therapist, coach, or close friend. The link gives them a quiet, read-only view of your sitting.
What the recipient sees
When someone opens a share link, they see:
- The written reflection from the session — the summary kept from that sitting, or a note you added
- Your noticings — the moments you marked as worth keeping during the session
- Your arriving and leaving moods, if you recorded them
What is never included: the conversation itself. The full dialogue between you and the AI facilitator is always private. Share links never expose the transcript.
How links work
Each link is unguessable (a long random token), private to anyone who has the exact URL, and expires automatically after 30 days. After expiry, or if you revoke the link, the recipient sees a calm message that the link is no longer available.
You can have up to five active links per session.
Creating a share link
- After a session, go to the Session Summary page
- Tap share this with someone you trust
- In the share panel, tap create a link
- Copy the link and send it directly — by message, email, or however you prefer
Revoking a link
Open the same share panel on the session summary page and tap revoke next to the link. The link stops working immediately; there is no delay.
A note for recipients
If you have received a share link, you do not need an All of You account to view it. The page is public and readable in any browser. If the link shows "this link isn't available," the person who created it has either revoked it or it has expired — you can ask them to send a fresh one.
Sharing your whole practice
If you want to share more than one sitting — for example, to give a therapist a picture of several months of work — see Sharing Your Practice. That feature creates a separate link showing which parts have been present month by month and reflections from recent sits, without the conversation transcripts.
